So there’s a lot to share today (en espagnol!)

uno: music, try Joe Bonamassa and Lucy Rose and Watchlistentell on youtube.  I’ll explain.  Joe Bonamassa is this AWESOME guitarist that Dylan put to me.  His dad, apparently, played with SRV back in the day, and he’s been tearing things up since he was about 12 (seriously, youtube “12 year old bonamassa”). A sampling treat:

Doce (is that how you spell two? foreign spell has always killed me…german…seriously…sheesh)…um, ok. Doce! Lucy Rose:

I’ve sent “Night Bus” around already, but I wanted to post it. Anyways, Lucy Rose is young and her voice is very nice. I think many may like it.  I can’t find (a rarity for me) anywhere to get “Be Alright”, but if you go to Lucy’s myspace here and click on “Be Alright”, I don’t think that you’ll be disappointed. (I recently learned that commas outside of quotations are totally fine and often grammatically correct. Pah. Who knew, nei?).

San: So Watchlistentell. The idea is that indie bands record acoustic versions of their songs atlocations that are either very secluded or sentimentally important to the band (or both). See Lucy Rose. There are a number of other songs on there worth nothing and listening to. One of which is this one. Geez. Sit still while you watch it and watch it while you listen.

Crocodile: Lori and I went as Lindsey and Tobias Funke last night to her work Halloween party. We looked pretty good. It being a weekday (and Halloween being…count it…3 days away), most people on the subway were cautiously stand-offish against the “only in color, Michael” blue never-nude in the bathrobe standing next to the obvious hooker.)
